Anti-Spam Policy
Trisk Bio Ltd prohibits the use of the Trisk Bio name, the triskbio.com domain, or any URL hosted under triskbio.com in unsolicited email, including unsolicited bulk email and unsolicited commercial email.
This prohibition applies to Trisk Bio employees, officers, contractors, consultants, affiliates, agents, resellers, lead-generation providers, marketing providers, and any other third party acting for or purporting to act for Trisk Bio.
No person or organization is authorized to promote Trisk Bio or triskbio.com by:
- sending bulk promotional email to recipients who have not requested or consented to receive it;
- using purchased, harvested, scraped, appended, or otherwise improperly obtained email-address lists;
- using misleading sender information, subject lines, headers, or domain names;
- concealing the identity of the sender; or
- continuing to send promotional messages after a recipient has opted out.
The triskbio.com URL may appear as corporate identity and contact information in legitimate one-to-one business correspondence, responses to enquiries, and communications with customers, prospective customers, suppliers, and collaborators. Its appearance in an email signature does not authorize any sender to advertise the website using unsolicited messages.
Trisk Bio does not operate an affiliate email-marketing program and does not authorize third parties to advertise triskbio.com through unsolicited messages. Any unauthorized use of the Trisk Bio name or domain may result in termination of the relevant relationship and other appropriate remedial action.
Reports of suspected unsolicited email promoting triskbio.com may be sent to abuse@triskbio.com. Please include the complete message and full email headers so that the matter can be investigated.
